Waiver and Disclaimer

Hello All,

When you choose to book a channeling session with me, if you are seeing me in person, please download and sign this Waiver and Disclaimer and bring it with you to your appointment. If you are booking online through my website, please ensure that you have agreed to the Waiver and Disclaimer when you make your booking. When you book your session, you agree to the following:

You are at least 18 years old and you voluntarily agree to receive a channeling session.

You understand that an intuitive channeling session is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health or spiritual counseling. Please seek appropriate care for your concerns. I am not a physical healer or shaman and I do not wish to have authority over your life, your self-understanding or your future. The best way to know if something is right is if it resonates with you. Take what feels right for you and leave the rest. Be your own authority and take ownership of your decisions for your life.

As stated by All That Is, communications between the physical and the non-physical are intended to ease pain and/or bring peace to one’s soul so that one may evolve past the upset to a state of calm, then to begin to accumulate wisdom and knowledge. Knowledge is power, not the kind of power that western society correlates with the accumulation of belongings and money but the true evolution of the soul. In no way is the information being relayed by Suzanne Irwin in any way her own personal opinion or thought. Please acknowledge this statement.

You understand that Suzanne Irwin, nor any intuitive, cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of any statement. I do not predict the future as nothing is cast in stone. Free will can alter any chosen path and, therefore, the outcome. No intuitive, channel, medium or psychic can tell you what to do or who you are. Intuitives can be wrong, can interpret information relayed by the other side incorrectly, or can miscommunicate what they see, sense or hear. Intuitives receive complex symbols, feelings, tastes, visions, sounds, memories etc which they must quickly translate into human language. Error is possible.

You understand that you may receive information that you may consider painful, unpleasant or information that may challenge my current belief system. You may feel grief, sadness, anger, rage, and any other emotion that human’s experience when receiving spiritual messages. These feelings may reside in your conscious and unconscious mind from myriad experiences throughout your lifetimes current or past. If you DO NOT want to encounter this material, please seek another type of reading with another intuitive.

You understand that any mention of a person in your channeled session, living or passed, fictional or real, takes place within the dome of your energy, your mind and your consciousness. Relationships are central to our lives, therefore, other people’s names or images may come up in the session.

I am not channeling about another person’s life, their character, disposition or their actions past or present. Your channeling is about your thoughts and feelings. Any mention of someone else is never to be taken as objective truth of that person’s life, personality, disposition, actions or activities.

You are encouraged to record your channeled sessions or I can record it for you and can send it to you. You understand that neither you, nor I, will record without permission.

Our sessions are confidential. As such, neither you, nor I, will publish any part of the session. Note that Zoom, Facebook Messenger, Facetime, Google Chat, emails and texts or any other digital platform does entail the risk of security breaches.

By having a channeled session with Suzanne Irwin, you agree that you, your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counselors, or entities, release me, Suzanne Irwin and my employees or anyone associated with my business, from all known or unknown claims against me, as a result of any information coming out of a channeling session with me.

You waive all claims, compensation, actions, demands, that I or anyone associated with me or any other participant in the channeling session currently or hereafter may have for any injuries, perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your session with me, Suzanne Irwin. You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you bring a claim for damages against Suzanne Irwin and any person associated with Suzanne Irwin as a result of Suzanne Irwin’s actions, omissions and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Suzanne Irwin and all persons associated with Suzanne Irwin from any and all claims, actions, and/or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims. You agree that you engage in this channeling session at your own risk.

Please acknowledge that I cannot freely channel for you without this Waiver and Disclaimer. I do this work to help fulfill my own destiny as a healing medium. I have worked over 2 decades to hone this art as it was necessary for me to be able to speak with the other side in order to process the events of my past in order to self-actualize and evolve past the pain. I am happy to help others to do the same, notwithstanding those who simply want proof of the existence of All That Is.
